The right level for most 360 lipo, BBL and abdominoplasty recoveries. Ten sessions carry you through peak swelling, through the fibrosis window, and into the months where your actual result appears.
Ten lymphatic sessions at ₦45,000 is ₦450,000. Three body activations is ₦45,000. That is ₦495,000 before you count the thermal sculpt or the restoration oil, and those two are not sold separately at all.

For extensive surgery, a difficult recovery, or a client who wants the fullest support available.
Fifteen lymphatic sessions is ₦675,000. Five body activations is ₦75,000. One full body lymphatic session is ₦60,000. That is ₦810,000 before the thermal sculpt, the restoration oil, the waist wrap or the dry brush, and none of those four can be bought on their own.

Today you pay ₦20,000 for the consultation, and that is the whole first step. We check your clearance, look at how you are healing, and tell you which level your body actually needs. Sometimes that is a smaller one than you came expecting.
When you start, that ₦20,000 comes off the price, so it has cost you nothing. Payment plans are available and we go through them with you in the room.

How soon after surgery should I start lymphatic massage?+
As soon as your surgeon clears you in writing. Most clients begin within days. Earlier is generally better, because fluid is easiest to move before it begins to organise.
How many sessions will I need?+
Most recoveries need a minimum of six. Ten is the most common. Extensive surgery sometimes needs fifteen or more. We tell you at the consultation and we will not inflate it.
Can lymphatic massage help reduce fibrosis?+
Drainage reduces swelling and lowers the risk of fibrosis forming. Where hardness has already set, it can soften over time with consistent work, but we are not going to promise you it disappears.
Is post-operative lymphatic massage painful?+
It should not be. It is light and rhythmic, not deep tissue. If something hurts, say so and we adjust, because pain is information.
What happens if I do not get lymphatic massage after surgery?+
Some women heal well without it. Others are left with swelling that does not shift and hardness under the skin. There is no way to know in advance which you will be, which is the reason most surgeons recommend it.
Can I come to you if my surgery was done abroad?+
Yes. Many of our clients had surgery in Turkey or Dubai. Bring your surgeon's post-operative instructions and we work alongside them.
How long does swelling last after cosmetic surgery?+
It peaks in the first weeks, reduces steadily through months one and two, and your final result is usually visible around six months. Your surgeon's timeline takes precedence over ours.
Do you offer home visits, and where?+
Yes, across Lekki Phase 1, Victoria Island, Ikoyi and the Chevron axis. Same therapists and same protocol as in clinic.
What should I wear to my appointment?+
Something loose and comfortable, and bring your compression garment. You will be given disposable wear and treated privately.
Are your therapists actually trained for post-op?+
Yes, specifically for post-surgical bodies rather than general massage adapted for them. That difference is the entire treatment.
