About DNS Aesthetics
“I built DNS because I believe women deserve better.”
Dora, Lead Aesthetician. Chemist. Founder.
And the reason this is the clinic that will tell you what you do not need.
Meet Dora, founder
Ten years, and one principle that has not changed.
Hear it from her
More than ten years ago, when I started what would become DNS Aesthetics, my dream was not simply to help women look better. It was to help them feel better about themselves.
I studied Chemistry, and I fell in love with skincare, formulation and aesthetics. That background taught me something a lot of people in this industry never learn.
Safe treatments matter. Science matters. Telling you the truth matters.
Over the years I watched this industry change. New trends arrived almost every month. New treatments, new promises, new shortcuts. Some worked. Some did not. Some simply were not worth the risk to your body.
One thing became clear. A great many clinics were getting better at selling than they were at caring.
I knew DNS would never be that kind of clinic, and our rule has always been a simple one.
If I would not recommend a treatment for myself, or for somebody I love, I will not recommend it to you.
That rule decides every consultation, every recommendation, every package and every client who walks through our door.
Our story
From a skincare brand to a recovery clinic in Lagos.
A chemist and a skincare brand
DNS started as a skincare brand, built by somebody who understood formulation. The question was always the same one: is this actually safe, and does it actually work?
Body, skin and wellness
As clients asked for more, DNS grew into non-surgical body work, skin rejuvenation and wellness. The question never changed.
The women coming back from surgery
Women started arriving after cosmetic surgery. Swollen, frightened, and told to “find somewhere for a massage”. Nobody was looking after them properly. We built the care they should have been given in the first place.
Known for recovery
One of Lagos’ trusted places for post-operative recovery, alongside body, skin and wellness. Women travel to us from across Nigeria, and from other African countries.
We never set out to become a recovery clinic. Women who had been let down made us one.
What we believe
The right treatment, at the right time, for the right person.
Three things we will not trade away, however much easier it would make the selling.
We will tell you what you do not need
You will never be pushed into a treatment because it happens to be on the price list. If one session is enough, we will say so. If more would genuinely help, we will explain why, and you can still say no.
The price is agreed before we start
You are told the number before anything is booked, not after you are lying down. Every price on this site is the price.
Your result matters more than the sale
Our commitment has never been to sell the most sessions. It is to get you the safest, healthiest and best-looking result the body in front of us can reach.
We recommend what you actually need, not what is good for the books.
The clinic
Private, calm, and in Lekki.
A great many of our clients would rather not be seen walking into an aesthetics clinic. That is a reasonable thing to want, so the clinic is deliberately private, and post-operative recovery can be done in your own home.

Monday to Saturday, 9:00am to 6:00pm
Lekki Phase 1 · Victoria Island · Ikoyi · Chevron
Before you book
The questions women actually ask us.
Dora is the founder of DNS Aesthetics and our Lead Aesthetician. She is a chemist by training, which is the reason this clinic asks what is in a product and what the evidence says before it asks whether it will sell. She has been doing this for over ten years, and she still vets every treatment the clinic offers.
We are a non-surgical aesthetics and recovery clinic. Our therapists are trained specifically for the work they do, and post-operative recovery is carried out on your surgeon's clearance rather than instead of it. Weight management is overseen by our in-house doctor. We are not a hospital, and where something belongs with a surgeon or a doctor we will tell you so.
It is ₦20,000, and it comes off whatever treatment you go on to book. So it is not a fee for advice, it is the first payment towards your treatment. If we decide you do not need us, you have still had a proper assessment from a clinic that told you the truth.
12 Rock Drive, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. The clinic is deliberately private, because a great many of our clients would rather not be seen walking into an aesthetics clinic, and that is a reasonable thing to want. We are open Monday to Saturday, 9:00am to 6:00pm.
Yes, for post-operative recovery. We cover Lekki Phase 1, Victoria Island, Ikoyi and Chevron. Same therapists, same treatment, arranged at your consultation. Many clients start at home in the first fortnight, when leaving the house is the hardest part of the day, and move into the clinic later.
Yes, and it is one of the most common stories here. Turkey, Dubai, the United States. Bring whatever your surgeon gave you, including the clearance and any printed instructions, even if all you have is messages on your phone. We work alongside those instructions and pick your recovery up from wherever it was dropped.
Yes. It is the single thing this clinic was built on. Dora's rule is that if she would not recommend a treatment for herself or somebody she loves, she will not recommend it to you. In practice that means we regularly talk women out of things they arrived asking to pay for.
More than ten years, from a skincare brand to the clinic DNS is now. The work changed a great deal in that time. What has not changed is asking whether a treatment is safe and whether it works, before asking whether it is popular.
Yes. Our men's facial is built for male skin rather than adapted from a women's facial as an afterthought, and it covers razor bumps, ingrown hairs along the jaw and neck, congestion and beard care. Men also come to us for body work and for post-operative recovery.
That is the normal way to arrive, and working it out is exactly what the consultation is for. Fat, fluid, loose skin and separated muscle look identical in the mirror and need completely different treatments. Book the consultation, and we will tell you which one you are looking at.
Begin with a consultation
Let us work out what is right for you.
Your goals looked at plainly, and the right next step named, whether that is one treatment, a package, or nothing at all. It is ₦20,000, and it comes off whatever you book.
