One conversation. Then you’ll know.

You do not need to arrive knowing which treatment you want. Tell us what is bothering you, and we will tell you what will help, what will not, and what it costs. Before you spend anything.

What does the consultation cost?

Nothing. The assessment is free and there is nothing to pay to book it. And if what you need is a surgeon, a dermatologist or a doctor rather than us, we will tell you that, and help you find one.

What Actually Happens

Four steps. No sales pitch in any of them.

Most women arrive braced to be talked into something. Here is how it goes instead.

1

You talk. We listen.

What is bothering you, how long it has been there, what you have already tried, what you are hoping for. You do not need to know the name of a treatment.

2

We assess you properly.

Your skin, your body, your scalp or your scar, depending on why you came. Your health, your history, any surgery, any medication. We do not guess.

3

You get a plan and a number.

What we can improve, what we cannot, how many sessions it realistically takes and what it costs. The real number, not the one that makes you book.

4

You decide. Not today.

Nothing is booked unless you want it booked. Take the plan home. Think about it. Come back when you are ready, or do not.

The consultation is where we find out whether we can help you. Not where we convince you that we can.

What It Costs

Nothing to book. And no surprises afterwards.

Your exact plan and price are confirmed at your free assessment, once we have actually looked at you. But you should know roughly where treatment starts before you walk in, so nothing comes as a shock.

Nearly every result on this site was built across a programme, not a single appointment. Skin renews about every 28 days. Hair grows in cycles. Swelling comes down across weeks. One session is a start, not a plan, and we would rather tell you that now than after you have paid for one.

Trained hands and a proper assessment. That is the whole difference, and it is why people come to us after somewhere else has already taken their money.

Real Clients, Real Words

Every one of them started with one message.

“I needed proper care and recovery support after my surgery, so I booked one session of post-op massage just to try it. I ended up booking ten, and I am happy with my result.”

Before You Come In

Bring these, and we can give you a real answer on the day.

None of it is compulsory. All of it makes your assessment sharper, so you leave with a plan instead of a follow-up question.

  • Your surgery date and your surgeon’s post-operative instructions, if you have had surgery.
  • Any medication you take, including anything prescribed after surgery.
  • The products you use at home. Photograph the labels. A great deal of skin trouble lives there.
  • A photograph of the concern at its worst, if it comes and goes.
  • Comfortable clothing, and your compression garment if you are recovering from surgery.
  • Your questions. Write them down. People forget them in the room, then leave and worry.

Frequently Asked

Everything people ask before they send the form.

What does a consultation cost?

Nothing. Your assessment is free and there is nothing to pay to book it. You leave knowing what will help you, roughly how many sessions it takes and what it costs, before you have spent anything.

Do I have to book a treatment on the day?

No. Nothing is booked unless you want it. A consultation is a conversation, not a sales appointment. Take the plan home and think about it.

What if I do not know what I need?

That is the normal way to arrive, and working it out is our job rather than yours. Tell us what is bothering you and we assess your skin, your body or your scalp and tell you what will help. You do not need to choose a treatment from a menu.

What actually happens at the assessment?

We listen first. We look at the area you are concerned about. We ask about your health, your history, any surgery and any medication. Then we tell you plainly what we can improve, what we cannot, and whether you need someone other than us.

Do you come to my home?

Yes, for post-operative recovery. Home service is available for eligible clients across Victoria Island, Ikoyi, Lekki Phase 1, Ikate, the Chevron axis and Ajah. Many clients recover far more comfortably in their own space in the first weeks after surgery.

I had my surgery abroad. Can you still help?

Yes. Many of our clients travel to Turkey, Dubai and elsewhere for surgery and come home to Nigeria to recover. Bring your surgeon's post-operative instructions and we work alongside them.

Can I book for someone else?

Yes. Send their details and tell us who the consultation is for. We will contact you to arrange it.

Will you tell me if I do not need treatment?

Yes, and we do it regularly. Some people need a surgeon, a dermatologist, a doctor or a physiotherapist rather than us. Some are simply too early and need to wait. We will tell you, and we will still be here afterwards.

How long is a consultation?

Long enough to assess you properly rather than rush you through. It is an assessment and a conversation, not a queue.

Where is the clinic?

DNS Aesthetics is at 12 Rock Drive, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. Consultations run by appointment, so send your details and we will confirm a time with you.
