Motherhood changed everything. It doesn’t have to change how you feel about yourself.
Your body didn’t fail. It delivered. Now let it heal properly, on its own timeline, not Instagram’s.
From three weeks, once your doctor or midwife has cleared you.
- Gentle and personalised
- 100,000+ clients cared for
A mother deserves to feel beautiful too.
Every one of these is evidence of what your body accomplished.
We are not here to erase what your body did. We are here so that you can look in the mirror and like the woman looking back.
Everyone came for the baby. Nobody asked how you are.
The visitors came. The pictures were taken. Everybody prayed for the baby and went home. And in all of it, nobody sat you down and asked how you are healing.
So you carry it quietly. You miss the body you knew. You miss dressing up and liking what you see. And when people start asking when you will snap back, you smile and say soon, because what else is there to say?
You are not being vain. You carried a child and gave birth. Wanting to feel like yourself again is not too much to ask.
Waist and postpartumReal treatments on real postpartum bodies. Nothing staged, nothing borrowed.
Postpartum concerns are connected. So we look at you, not one symptom.
Nobody will touch you before your body is ready.
Every clinic in Lagos will happily take a new mother’s money at two weeks postpartum. We will not. Your consultation exists to make sure the timing is right, and we check your scar ourselves before anything begins.
And that’s a good thing.
The woman you see on Instagram six weeks after giving birth is not your recovery. Your body has its own timeline, and our job is not to rush it.
We do nothing
You heal, you feed, you rest. Anyone offering you body treatment in this window is not looking after you.
Lymphatic drainage first
Fluid is the biggest change and the easiest to help. Many mothers feel dramatically lighter within a session or two.
The rest of the package
Facials, scar care, yoni steam, hot stone. Gentle, and never rushed.
The window for shape
Hormones settle, skin retracts, collagen responds. If you want contouring, this is when it works.
Lymphatic drainageLymphatic drainage is where every postpartum plan starts, because fluid is the first thing that shifts.
Real mothers. Real bodies. Real photographs.
Real DNS clients, shared with permission. Faces protected, always. No stock photography.
Every one of these women waited until she was cleared. Every one of them started with lymphatic work. There are no shortcuts here, and we do not pretend there are.
We are not going to invent a mother’s story to sell you one.
We would rather show you real photographs than testimonials we wrote ourselves.
What we can tell you is how we work. No mother is treated before she is cleared. Every consultation includes a check for muscle separation. And if what you need is a physiotherapist rather than us, that is what you will be told.
Postpartum recovery
Waist and postpartum
You just had a baby. Nobody should be asking you to cross Lagos.
Three weeks after delivery, with a newborn who feeds every two hours, getting yourself into a car and onto the road is not a small thing. For a lot of mothers it is not possible at all, and that is usually the point where looking after yourself quietly stops happening.
So we come to you. Same therapists, same treatment, same table, in your own room with the door closed and your baby in the next one.
You should not have to choose between looking after your baby and looking after yourself.
Lymphatic drainageThe same treatment, the same hands, in your own room.
“A mother deserves to feel beautiful too.”
Not because she needs to look a certain way, but because every woman deserves to feel confident, healthy and valued. That means caring for you at the right time, in the right way, and never before your body is ready.
Taking care of yourself is not vanity. It is self-respect.
Sixteen appointments over three months. All of them about you.
For three months, we move the swelling out of your body, look after your scar, calm your skin down, and put you somewhere warm and quiet where nobody needs anything from you.
Booked one at a time, these sixteen appointments come to ₦760,000. Taken as the package you pay ₦684,000, so you save ₦76,000, and the oil and the garment are free. One price. Nothing added at the end.
Payment plans available.
We would rather you check the maths than take our word for it.
| Consultation ×1 | ₦20,000 |
| Lymphatic massage ×8 at ₦45,000 | ₦360,000 |
| Recovery facials ×4 at ₦45,000 | ₦180,000 |
| Yoni steam therapy ×2 at ₦45,000 | ₦90,000 |

| Scar care oil and compression garment | ₦70,000 |
| Booked one at a time | ₦760,000 |
| As the Postpartum Package | ₦684,000 |
We know what ₦684,000 is. It is school fees. It is a serious decision in any household, and you should not make it from a website.
So today you pay ₦20,000 for the consultation, and that is all. We look at how you are healing, check your scar, and tell you straight whether you are ready. If you are not ready, we will tell you that too, and you will wait.
When you do start, that ₦20,000 is removed from the price, so it has cost you nothing. Payment plans are available and we go through them with you in the room.
Postpartum contouring
Waist and postpartumTiming, breastfeeding and muscle separation, answered plainly.
When can I start after giving birth?
From three weeks, once your doctor or midwife has cleared you. Not before. After a caesarean it is often longer, because your scar must be fully healed first. We check it ourselves at your consultation, and if it is not ready we wait.
Is it safe while I am breastfeeding?
Most of what is in this package is gentle and suitable while feeding. We assess it at your consultation and tell you plainly what we can and cannot offer you. We would rather delay a treatment than take a risk with you or your baby.
What if my tummy will not flatten?
Sometimes that is fluid, sometimes fat, and sometimes it is abdominal separation, which is very common after pregnancy and needs a physiotherapist rather than a treatment. We check for all three at your consultation so you know exactly what you are dealing with, and we will point you in the right direction if it is not us.
When can I be treated after a caesarean?
Later than after a vaginal birth, because your scar must be fully healed before anything goes near it. We check the scar ourselves. If it is not ready, we wait, however keen you are.
Why does it start with lymphatic drainage?
Because fluid retention is often the single biggest change after birth, and it is the easiest one to help. Many mothers feel dramatically lighter within a session or two.
Can you come to my house?+
Yes, across Lekki Phase 1, Victoria Island, Ikoyi and the Chevron axis. Same therapists and same treatment as in clinic, in your own room. It is the reason a lot of mothers manage to start at all.
What is yoni steam therapy?
A traditional postpartum practice offered in a clinical setting, using warm herbal steam. We will explain exactly what it involves at your consultation and it is entirely your choice whether to include it.
How long until I see a difference?
Fluid moves first, often within a session or two. Skin and shape are slower, and most visible change develops between six and twelve months postpartum as hormones settle and collagen responds.
Is it too late if my baby is already two?
Not at all. Many clients come to us months or years after giving birth. There is no window you have missed.
What is the difference between this and the Body Reset Package?
This package is recovery, built around healing, fluid, scar care and hormonal skin change, with medical clearance and a muscle separation check built into the assessment. The Body Reset Package is contouring, for a body that has already healed. If you are recently postpartum, start here.
Your next chapter begins with you.
You do not have to earn permission to prioritise yourself. You do not have to apologise for wanting to feel confident. Your wellbeing matters today, because the healthiest families are built around healthy mothers.
